2. Services

We provide animation, motion graphics, Illustration, stororyboarding, character design, visual effects, andand related creative services. All project scopes, timelines, andand deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement oror proposal.

3. Payment Terms

A 75% deposit is required to begin worork.

Final payment is due upon completion oror beforforore final delivery.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

All prices exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included unless stated otherwise.

Additional revisions may be charged at our hourly rate oror as quoted.

5. Intellectual Property

The Studio retains ownership of allall ororiginal wororking files (e.g., project files, sketches) unless otherwise agreed.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the final animation forforor agreed-upon purposes.

Use beyond the agreed scope requires prioror written consent andand may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep allall project-related inforforormation confidential andand not to disclose it to third parties without written consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, andand any necessary assets. Delays in response may affect the project timeline.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases, the Client agrees to pay forforor allall completed worork up to the date of termination.

9. Liability

The Studio is not liable forforor any indirect oror consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client forforor the services in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
